One
of my favorite childhood books is Corduroy; the reason that I like this book is
because while completing my undergraduate degree in Child and Family
Development I worked in the Child Development Center on campus as part of my class
work. While I was working in the two-year-old classroom, I had to lead a
reading activity I used this book and we dressed teddy bears for the activity
to accompany the book. The children really enjoyed the story and it just made
me enjoy the book even more.
